This is an art subscription where every month you will receive:
-One coloring page printed on a 5x7 inch cold-pressed watercolor paper. You can use colored pencils, pens, markers, gouache and watercolor paints to color these one-of-a-kind coloring pages
-One travel print. I also love photography and want to share my love for not only painting but photography so you will receive a 4x6inch print of a photograph I've taken from my travels.
-One sticker. Sometimes it will be a mini sticker of the coloring page as a guide on how I created the painting, and sometimes it will be a cute sticker to add to your collection.

Whether it's a first home, childhood house, or a forever dream home, a hand-drawn illustration preserves the emotions and memories tied to the space you’ve loved most.
Each custom illustration is hand-drawn with love using a combination of fine pen and watercolor techniques to capture the charm, character, and emotion of your special place.
Your artwork will be created on 7x10 inch cold-pressed white paper and comes unframed, ready to be displayed or gifted. Depending on the dimensions and layout of the location, the final piece may be oriented horizontally or vertically to best suit the subject. Simply upload a clear image of the home with no vehicles, people or pets in the image, along with a Google Maps address.
Please allow 2–3 weeks for completion and shipping, as each piece is uniquely crafted with care and attention to detail.
Due to the custom nature of these works, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Things to note:
*Please sign up by the 15th of every month to receive that month's art goodies. All mail will be shipped out the week of the 20th of every month. To keep costs low, there will be no tracking available but please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order.
*Example: If you sign up by November 15 to receive November's prints as your first one. Sign-ups after this date, you will receive December's prints as your first one.
