The process:
All illustrations are first sketched out with pencil, then layered with pen and finished with watercolor for a beautiful, everlasting piece of art.
Things to note:
-All prices include shipping. Framing is not included; you will only receive the painting. All illustrations are done on cold-pressed 300gsm watercolor paper.
-Once all the details are confirmed, you will receive an invoice for payment. 100% of the payment is due before starting the project.
-I will start by sketching out the building and will send it to you for approval before adding pen and paint. Two revisions are allowed.
-I currently do not offer pet portraits or of people, only buildings and storefronts.
